If you believe a photo, text excerpt, or any other content on this site infringes a copyright you own (or are authorised to act for), use the procedure below and we will remove the content quickly while we investigate.
A complete DMCA-style notice must contain: (a) your full legal name, (b) physical address, (c) email and phone, (d) the exact URL(s) of the infringing material on this site, (e) a description of the original work and where it can be seen, (f) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights-holder or authorised agent, (g) your physical or electronic signature.
Email your notice as a single PDF or plain-text message to the address shown above. Use the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". Postal notices are not accepted; email is the only channel that triggers our 24-hour response window.
Step 1: We acknowledge your email within 24 hours. Step 2: Valid notices result in the content being taken offline within 48 hours. Step 3: We notify the original poster (the model or her representative) and give them 14 days to file a counter-notice. Step 4: If no counter-notice arrives, the content stays down permanently.
If you are the poster and believe the takedown was a mistake, you can file a counter-notice. It must include your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts. We will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files for an injunction.
Accounts (or models) that receive multiple verified DMCA notices are removed from the directory permanently. We keep a private record of removed content to prevent re-uploads.
Filing a knowingly false DMCA notice is a serious offence. You may be liable for damages — including legal fees — incurred by us, the model, or any third party harmed by your false claim. Submit only after confirming you actually own the rights you are asserting.
In addition to the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we honour takedown requests under Section 79 of the Indian IT Act, 2000, and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) 2021. The procedure above satisfies both. Bangalore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these notices.
